How do I make the buds denser?

On top of base feed you should add pk 13/14 from week 4 flower and from grow till flush you should also add calcium and magnesium. These are all macro nutrients. Indica and sativa likes them both, sativa more because indica wants slightly more nitrogen. Good luck with you next grow! Still looks ok for your first grow!

I hate to be that guy.. but switching to photos helped with that a lot.. little issues in an auto grow can easily lead to bad results.. where as a photo plants, that’s still true, but not to the same extent. The first few weeks of life is vital For autos, however any issues in photos vegging, you can just wait to flip and smooth things out. even when I’ve nailed an auto grow with little issues - still had airy bud. Lots of ppl might disagree with me but just my experience

The bud itself doesn’t look Airy or dense. You would see clean through it and it would look like a males flower. That’s just a single size bud of what all the top cola would look like If you get scissors and cut each stem locations individually. That just looks like a bud site that popped up on a lower node. They look good and colorful

Hi mate, well done on you first grow. The look awesome. So many factors come into play when growing. Environment and light intensity are the most important. Airy buds are usually caused by low light and in turn heat. So having the right amount of light and the correct VPD will increase your chances of denser buds. Can do a few things combined. Less grow points is biggest one. Trim out bottom of plant in early stages of flowering so all that growing energy goes to canopy buds. More potassium and phosphorus in flowering. More light or closer to light the further into flowering you go. Also reduce nitrogen level as you proceed in flowering if possible. Nitrogen can hinder bud development. Also be aware that some strains will Naturally have more airy buds as well. They are plants from across the globe. Good luck and happy growing 🌱
