If a breeder recommends 59-63 days from seed to harvest, is it better to let it go an extra week or so? It will just give you more of a couchlock feeling?

Wicked looking buds.
I'd say never go completely off the breeders timeline...unfortunately that's just an estimate and they cant account for all of our different growing environments...especially us outdoor growers. Use the 59-63 as a guide, but let your plants get the majority of their pistils colored and shriveled and then try to get some idea of the trichrome colors, zoom in use flash try at sunset and sunrise if you don't have a loupe.
Me personally I've noticed my plants had a tendency to be ready to harvest two weeks after the breeder recommended...sometimes less and sometimes more.
Your plants look like theyre definitely getting close, but i think i see a bit of white pistils still?

8 to 10 weeks for most strains, counting from the start of flowering for most strains to ripen to their full potential. Cheers friend

Help me starting flushing today and found caterpillars and aphids what can I dooooo!!!!! :((((((((Help me I walked out side today and noticed a small piece of my bud rotten .Walked out few hours later and notice 3 more of the colas rotten on the top bust it open and find caterpillars and what looked to be aphid/eggs. Ready to chop?Is this ready to chop down? Seems ready to me but I have no experience. Trichomes are white and and some are amber but pistils are not all curled (in fact some new ones appeared recenttly). The breeder says 56-63 days seed to weed, it is now on day 64.
