The best my loupe/magnification lense is whats in the pictures based on what you can see how would you advise? Or wjats you opinion

Hello there. To know when harvest you must use a magnifier to see the proportion of amber trichomes. More amber trichomes more potency. So the best is a ratio of 30 % amber and 70 % milky trichomes. Hope it will helps you. Good luck. Bye

I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.
Would it be the only way to smoke bug free weed?
