Sorry to intrude..I just can't lol...looks disparagingly at GrowingGrannie *rolls eyes*
There are a number of ways of telling its done.
1) All calyx's are swollen and mature
2) The density is gone from the structure of nugs its fluffy to say the least.
3) There are no signs of new stigma/pistil growth anywhere meaning the plant is uninterested in continuing its life cycle.
Thats just three very basic ways of telling these plants are done.
Also you did not specify that this is a Autoflower...its Og Kush - a standard photoperiod as you have clearly stated. Im not sure what GrowGrannie is smoking lol but she is off the mark here significantly. I mean no disrespect. P.S that is 100% female..no sign of hermaphroditism.... whatsoever! Those "nuts" are nothing but very mature calyx...the bract that would have held a seed had she been pollenated by a male..meaning it may look like a seed to the untrained eye but if squeezed or examined correctly you can see clearly that they are mature, empty, unpollenated, female, seed bracts. What all buds are made of for the most part. She got stressed and maybe left 10-14days too long. As you said it was a side project.
A question? Did you suffer a heat wave a week or so before these photos..that could explain some of what we are seeing.
Sticky Buds!
