I noticed that the plants had a lot of foliage and no light was reaching the lower part of the branches, and some small buds were turning yellow. I decided to take the risk and do a major defoliation at this stage. Do you think it could cause any problems??

Looking at your diary I would say you should be fine. You haven't gone over the top with defoliation so you buds will get more air and light.👍

Hello you can defoliate a little but don't do so much because defoliation is a stress so it can brings more problems if you stress your plant too much. Normally defoliation must be done during the week 3 of flowering. Hope it helps you. Bye
