I watered them at 20/11 and now its 22/11, should i water them again adding extra nutrients or wait until tomorrow? Soil is a little moist when i touch with my fingers and last time i had a little run off water

Spots on leaves after giving water without nutrients I fed my plants last week. I have an intake fan blowing cold, humid air from outside into my tent and my plants are only drinking once a week.
