When to take your top off?

When is the best time to top? What exactly is a node? Is it the start of new growth on the main trunk?

A node is where side leaves (and later on new branches) appear. You usually should wait until 4-5 nodes have formed, unless you want to do some hardcore HST. Do not count cotyledon leaves as a node.

Mainline/Manifold: Trimming fan leaves after done with topping.Finishing up the topping portion of mainlining. P2 to be Nebula-Haze style and P3 to be Nugbuckets style.
