Light Overfeed and wrong watering, that curliness is from soil getting too often wet or staying too long wet, it need cycles from wet to dry, full cycle. Plus I can only agree, this girl needs bigger house. People are doing solo cup CHALLENGE, but you see how it's named ??? ;)) Think you need smooth path not challenges ;))) New house, good watering and she'll reward you with amazing buds ! Compared to the other plants, it's the smallest & the others aren't showing signs of rootbound

She has outgrown her pot, her roots might be strangling her. Transfer her to larger pot and shell be ok.

It’s not mutation. Your plant is getting root bound. Transplant. I told you the other day they needed a new home.
