If you are watering every day, this is too often.
Give them a big drink, 2-4 litres, then don't water them again until the top 3-4cm dries out again.
Good, deep watering infrequently is much better than a little bit of water often.
Seeing as you are using a mix of soil and clay balls, drainage will not be a problem.
To me, your plant seem to be suffering from "wet feet" and a leached soil, and showing symptoms of macro nutrient deficiency, that is, nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium.
I would be letting them dry out, then give them a couple of feeds with half strength grow nutrients before returning to giving them bloom nutrients.
Don't get too hung up on pH, as long as it is somewhere between 6.2 and 7.2, your plant will be fine.
Super critical pH monitoring is really only applicable to hydro, where the nutrients in suspension are designed to be plant available only in a narrow range as they are dissolved in a carrier (water, obviously!) When growing in soil, it is best to try and keep things stable, rather than changing/altering/ammending pH each and every time, as pH reactions in soil take days/weeks to stabilize fully and a reading taken straight after one adjustment will not read true. It is far better to make an adjustment and wait 3-4 days before taking a reading, as this will be a truer reading as by then, the soil will have stabilized.
After spending the first ten years growing in soil trying to get everything spot on, I soon realized that it really didn't make any huge difference, unless there were extreme fluctuations, however, extreme fluctuations are easy to avoid. For the last 25+ years (nearly 30!) I haven't taken a pH reading! Using sensible ingredients and a good quality home made soil mix, my plants have thrived, with outstanding flower results.
I can guarantee, in soil, stability of the root system is of prime importance and tweaking each and every watering or feeding will lead to issues.
In other words - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
A lot of growers it seems tinker incessantly, thinking if everything isn't EXACTLY spot on, their plants will fail. This is compounded by the "fear of missing out", whereby some people will also feed their plants 10-20 differnt nutrients in various combinations. This just leads to every ingredient not working as it has been designed to. Better to pick 3-6 quality products and use them exactly like the manufacturers recommend, after all, they have spent mega bucks formulating their products. I must say though, generally half strength is usually more than adequate, regardless of manufacturer or product.
Trust your instincts too, after a while you will develop a "feel" for when your plants will need watering or feeding and the use of charts or schedules will become largely useless. The biggest trap to fall in, is the "that is what it said on the packet" syndrome, whether it refers to flowering times or feeding frequency.
I tend to only feed every 10-14 days, 5-7 weeks after transplanting, as my soil mix will have everything the plants will need for those six weeks post trnsplant.
It may seem odd to only feed the plants 2-4 time, but if the plants are not showing any lack of vigor, why feed them just because a bottle/packet/chart told you to do so? They just want you to buy more product!
Anyway, enough ranting,- water deeply, to run off, once in a while, boost your plants macro nutrients with some half strength "grow" nutrients and all should be well.
If you want to spoil them and make sure they are really happy, a dose or two of soluble trace elements, (available from any garden centre), will really see them finish off well and healthy.
Oh, and 18/6 really is the best light/dark schedule, cannabis needs adequate "sleep" to have a correct metabolism and 4 hours really isn't enough "sleep".
I like to think of the six hours of sleep as - 2 hours to recover from the day, 2 hours to rest/repair and 2 hours to get ready for the day ahead, and this is basically what occurs during the six hours sleep. Four hours really isn't enough time to do all these things, besides, 18/6 was derived at through 80+ years of cannabis research and is recommended for a reason - cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period, and this growth tops out around the 18 hour mark, meaning running your lights longer than 18 hours is basically a waste of electricity.
Cannabis also needs 6 hours sleep to finalize its photosynthetic processes too and this 6 hours of "sleep" will also ensure prime health.
Whatever you do, never ever, never ever grow with 24/0, this could only be recommended by someone who does not understand photosynthesis or how plants function!
Hope this helps, Organoman.
