Hey, the min PH I would do in soil is 6.2 ideally 6.4-6.8 for myself. To low if you cause issues with the microbiome of it all.
You should be monitoring the EC/PPM of the feeding solution and this would help your determine if it is a buildup lockout or PH issues as well.
Given that your growing in soil flushing can have a negative impact of compacting the medium and holding onto to much water and cause root rot. You have to water in real slow and confirm the run off is allowed to drip down into something and not soak in the bottom collector tray.
