Nutrient deficiency? Over/under watering? Light Burn? She is growing in Great Lakes Water Only Soil, and is at day 30. Could be running out of something, but these spots don't seem to match-up well with any guides Watering about 17oz every other day into a 3 gal pot Thanks!

I think your plant is fine. The spots looks like water burn. The top leaves looks like slight nutrient burn.

Thanks for the responses. Spots continue to spread to other leaves, but seems kind of random. Starts on top of leaves then burns through. Just going to ride it out and see what happens.

The spots on the bigger fan leaves look like water was left on them and the lights have burned them a bit. The water droplets turn into mini magnifying glasses. the top most yellow tips and be a sign of nutrient burn but also that's where the plants will show the first signs of light stress. Yellow tipping. The leaves a very green and I don't think its a lack of Nitrogen nore is it getting burned. but 5 weeks in and no feeding added they will be getting hungry soon. When things yellow on new growth it is a sign its an immobile nutrients. and bottom leaves get effect first with mobile nutrients. This is the ingredients of your soil. Sphagnum Peat Moss, Coconut Coir, Composted Spelt Hulls, Perlite, Vermiculite, Gypsum, Lime (ph adjuster), Worm Castings, Poultry Manure, Composted Steer Manure, Kelp Meal, Blood Meal, Bone & Meat Meal, Feather Meal, Grey Basalt It's good but it will not last till harvest. I am very skeptical about that claim. Try and top dress the pot with more of that soil. The people who do use it and the web page for that brand of soil says to water with compost teas as top ups. Some of them also spray with fish emulsion to give it micro nutrients it may be lacking. I'd also expect a few transplants to be happening to freshen up the amount of soil it has and nutrient levels. Best of Luck!
