That is rapid new growth. It will be lighter in color when the plant is stretching and getting ready to start flowering. Nothing to worry about. 🤟😁

I don't think you're having any issues, the newer growth coming in a little lighter is normal as far as i know. They look super healthy in my eyes, nice job!

It is normal to have light green leaves at new growth points. This can be confused with light burn sometimes, but I don't think this is the case for your plants. Happy growing! Y
