Ok, so i bought a air outtake system for my grow tent with a active carbon filter so my whole house doesn't smell like weed as it does now. My question is can i just install my air outtake in there and close the tent without having a air intake ? Or will that cause Problems ?

I use this exact setup and don't have any problems. I have a bigger exhaust and it does cause a fair bit of suction so make sure you're tent is solid!! I just open the vent on the side for the 'intake' and have my window slightly open. The only downside is you lose some space on the sides due to the vacuum it causes. I've read if you have the opposite with a positive pressure from to much 'intake' can cause issues but I've not found anywhere where the reverse does. Also I've got a dimmer for the extractor so I can lower it!! Good luck!!

Well ideally is intake and extraction, I would use the strongest for extraction and so on, if planning to use just extraction I would consider extra source of co2 and an oscillating fan

Carbonfilter inside to catch all the bad smell. The outtake has to be outside. If you place everything inside the tent, the temp and humidity will be hard to control, also you need fresh air coming in for Co2. If you have problems with the smell that comes from the outtake, you can add a 2cd carbonfilter at the outtake. Hope that helps have a nice day mate :D

that inline fan, can be installed one of two ways. Sucking air out of the tent, or pushing air into the tent. Your can also hook the carbon filter up to any end of it if its reversible. eg getting air sucked though it, or getting air pushed through it. You will need vents in the tent to offset the pressure difference or it will stress the motor and burn out faster. I have my fan blowing air out of the tent, and sucking that air it blows thought a carbon filter located inside the tent. I also have two passive light proof vents I use on the tents for extra air movement. Best Of Luck!

Smelling weed is great!, Depends on the size of your tent and the fan size, using carbon filter?

Yes, that will cause problems. Plants need continuous air renewal to grow well.

If you don't leave some fresh air in , it will cause negative pressure You'll see the tent "gets sucked" and you don't want that

What tent you having right now ? You can close the tent completely and if the tent has some holes covered with a detachable mylar bottom patch . see how the mars hydro has those ? link : https://marshydro.eu/products/100x100x180cm-grow-tent/ To avoid any light leaks during "night time" on flowering - I have 2 of those bottom patches half removed and air gets sucked by upper exhaust fan anyway . I don't have a intake fan . Also preferably that 2 sides are facing the wall - extra care for light leaks .
