Size-wise, it's lagging. 30 days is about right for an auto to show itself though.

There’s a lot to unpack here. For one, pics not awash in purple light are much more helpful. Two, is this an auto? If not, you shouldn’t see pistils at all unless your light cycle is messed up. Typically you’d see pistils a week or two after flipping to 12/12, but if it’s an auto then pistils will start to show after 4-5 weeks of veg automatically. For it to be this small at the 30 day mark indicates a litany of issues ranging from improper light, improper watering, ph issues, etc. In any event, at this stage you can expect like a gram or two. I’d cut my losses and start over.
