If you are talking about their "tablet" type fertilizers, I am not a fan of any of these sort of product as they are imprecise and require that the substrate is overly wet/constantly wet to work properly.
Soluble fertlizers are far better and you can monitor PPM/EC levels relatively simply and achieve a much more precise and problem free environment for your plants. The tablets are far too broad spectrum in their application and vague in their dosing.
If you are dead keen on using them, RQS would have no doubt done their homework before putting these products on the market, so they should be adequate, but would not be my on my top 10 list of choices.
The Bio Canna Organic line, B.A.C Organic products or GHE products in general are all great and simple to use, mainly one bottle for veg and one bottle for flowering, which makes life easy when you are new to growing and it is very hard to go wrong.
If you intend growing autos, generally half to three quarters strength of whichever product you chose is usually plenty strong enough. Remember too, it is very easy to fix a slight under feeding, but very hard to rescue a burned and damaged, over fed plant!
Hope this helps, Organoman.
