Get some liquid organic nutrients to boost all levels of macro nutrients - NPK. Red stems can be a sign of phosphorous deficiency. There seems to be a recurring theme with plant problems and the brand of nutrients you are now using. Bio Vega and Bio Flores made by Bio Canna and Organic Grow and Organic Bloom made by B.A.C. are two lines of organic nutrients that I can highly recommend.

And missed the bit on red stems, so its missing Potassium as well. ..id def go for the mineral nutes fix just to save time and hassle as its a pain waiting for anything with potassium in it to break down unless its bat guano. or was that Phos?? either way- mineral veg nutes Part A, and Part B. grab em. A cal Mag additive be good too.

Shes hungry. There are two fixes- easy fix: go get some mineral nutes, use them for a few weeks to get issues QUICKLY under control and then go back to organics and maintain a higher feeding regime or slower fix: try to get some Nitrogen and Magnesium into her as fast as you can, But it will take weeks for the microbes to break it down and make it available to the plant, and by then your prob will be worse and yeah you will need to add a few weeks before switching into bloom, never switch a plant that isnt as strong as u can get her to be or you will suffer in yield. . So depending on what you have on hand- it may be worth grabbing a few small bottles of mineral nutes to quickly sort this out.

I’m seeing other macro deficiencies a bit as well, beyond Nitrogen but def Nitrogen as roberts stated. I’m not an organic guy but I’d say it generally looks like it needs more feed. I would make sure you’ve got things on the right track and it’s happy before switching..

Looks like nitrogen deficiency. If yellowing started at bottom and has worked its way up it is nitrogen deficiency. Would introduce your bloom booster as well in light dose if switching soon.
