Fine or no?

Depends what that soil is composed of. It looks like its fine mulch and perlite with a clay pebble. I don't see any dirt and it makes me wonder if it has any available nutrients or if its void of them. Mulch will decompose down into nutrition for the plants but it won't do that to fast. Plant might be hungry or getting a bit burnt from being wet. If you grow under grow lights, don't get your plant wet. when it rains normally outside its overcast and the suns rays are not as strong from the clouds and things dry off. but in a grow tent the lights are 0-100% when you turn them on. no clouds.
