She's 8 weeks old on Friday. Didn't think she would make it tbh.. got up this morning and she's got quiet alot of orange hairs and the leaves look discoloured on all the lower leaves. The top cola has 2 or 3 bright orange pistols... Should I start flushing now?

hey there scally, she might have got stunted , if she's 8 weeks old from seed she has plenty of time probably anywhere between 4 to 6 more weeks minimum, pistils dont really tell you anything about the maturity. it just means the pistil membrane got pierced or oxidised (rust) . hope this helps ! 🚀

Start your flush when there are about 95% brown/orange pistils. The pistils turn brown as the plant ages, while there are still many white pistils it indicates that the flowers are still young and growing. Once most of the pistils have turned brown, the flowers will be mature and "adult" like and ready for harvest. From your pictures, I would say you have 3 or more weeks until these flowers will be fully grown and "adult" like, at the moment they are still "teens". The pistils tell you everything about the plants maturity/ripeness. Hope this helps, Organoman.

@Disnoof Thanks for getting back to me.. She's struggled from the get go. I guessed shed stunted weeks ago she's like a 1/4 of the size the other 2 are that came in the pack. Should I just keep feeding her as usual for another few weeks? She looks poorly. Had to take some leaves of yesterday as they were wrapped around the stalks..do you think this is this what's caused it?
