Honestly hard to say. Vegging npk ratio is 3-1-2. It could of been damaged by accident. I have done that to mine many times. Those would be my guesses on information provided.

Random spots and marks at random leaves, should i worry about it or is it normal? 100% organic grow.Should i worry about these marks and spots in my plant? I have a question for experienced growers who've used LST.
The stem usually branches out to 2 branches, one of which is just one big leaf and the other branch has nodes & other branches.
Do you put the branch with the big leaf below the rest, above or prune it?
