I have noticed some pest or mold damage on the fan leaves - pictures in last three photos... white coloured, raised, spots have turned rust like. Haven't seen all bit one bugs - thrips. Used a insecticidal soap spray every second day for 2 weeks, still seeing damaged leaves??

Good news! It's not mold or a major issue with bugs. A few of those photos towards the end look like some bugs have had a couple of lunches, but what I see, and I'm always learning, is Cal/Magnesium deficiency. Check these articles from Nebula and good luck. It doesn't look that bad, my dude. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/calcium-deficiency https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/magnesium-deficiency For the bugs, get some yellow sticky traps and make some of this bug trap juice. I put a few cups of the juice outside and place the sticky traps near the cups. I collect SO MANY BUGS its rediculous A half-cup of warm water plus two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, and about six drops of liquid dish soap just might be able to cure your gnat woes. They'll be lured in by the sugary mixture, but once they dip in for a drink, the sticky dish soap will trap them.

I added Cal Mag last feed, plus I'm using a good Veg-specific, fertilizer... I have a mixture of organic soil, manure and Coco coir, with drainage rocks in the bottom. I thought I saw a single thrip, but haven't seen anything since... Being outside, it has rained a few times recently, on top of the watering I have with nutrition. I also use a digital pH meter, and a Root Farm, liquid test kit to average at 6.5... can't test rain water;).

Looks like a calmag problem. I would start by making sure your pH is good and then add calmag if need be.

Pest damage is hard to call as can look like a deficiency if not seeing any bugs. A great product is nematodes for pests. They live in the soil and are like special forces against most of the pests that can plague cannabis. Good defensive measure to look into.
