Too much nitrogen, I think your experiencing lock out from more nutrition then needed. Vegging npk ratio is 3-1-2. Flowering npk ratio is 1-2-3.
Your nitrogen level is too high and potassium could likely be a bit higher. The holes might be a critter around.
Your not toxicity high on nitrogen, but darker the shade of green indicates how much is in plant.

Is this OK? Weird plant behaviorPlant biggie has always been taller, but really is so different than the others from her seed pack. Is she OK? New growth looking strange and growth slowed down (wilting?)The new growth of my plants are looking a bit strange, and growth seems to be slowed down.
Could this be that the light is too strong? Or can this happen if the humidity is too low?
I already installed an humidifier but looks like its not helping.
