I purchased some PLAGRON nutrients thinking there was some kind of pipe to measure or something, but no. So what would you suggest to take 1ml from the bottle?
I bought a set of blunt tip syringes online. The pack had several different sizes so it is easy to measure very small amounts. You can also get hypodermic syringes from a pharmacy/drug store. I blunt the tips with a knife sharpening stone.
Another way is to dilute your nutrient. For example, if your nutes come in a 1 liter bottle mix it with 1 liter of distilled water. Now you measure 2ml to get the same dosage. You can go further and dilute more to get to an easy to measure dosage amount. This is also helpful if you need to be VERY accurate.
Syringe of the children's fever juice (we have enough of that at home). Or like Grandma does, take a teaspoon. It has 5ml, i.e. water quantity times 5 and it fits.
