Depends on the pot size, but for seedlings just water around 20 to 100ml at their spot and a bit around

Depends on pot size. The amount of water is less important than making sure the soil dries before watering again. I would say for a "tiny" plant, 200mL is plenty unless your pot is huge.

my plants are very dark green due to overfeeding: I mistakenly fed 4ml/L of Canna Coco A&B for over a week, although 3.5ml is the recommended amount by Canna
Now the buds smell pretty bad
Should I flush with water, or just half strength nutes? Would this affect my yield?

Ec/ppm run off coco 70/305gallon fabric pot, 70/30 coco. 3/4 weeks into veg. Removing run off daily but not checking the ec/ppm. Everything seems fine.
