Depends on the pot size, but for seedlings just water around 20 to 100ml at their spot and a bit around

Depends on pot size. The amount of water is less important than making sure the soil dries before watering again. I would say for a "tiny" plant, 200mL is plenty unless your pot is huge.

PH Levels - Watering vs RunoffAfter my first transplant, I saturated the grow medium and did a PH test on the runoff. I'm watering with un-PH'd aerated tap water which is naturally at 6.5. It used to droop badly but I fixed that (underwatering) and the plant looks a lot better.
Stalk was weak so I switched to "Veg" (mostly blue light) mode.
I also added proper nutrients which are helping even more.

Guys im not rich not invest in “NitroGuano” or any lava powder from Jaya so… las night i ate a porc pernil made to the oven (delicious) and i just thought, how about not wasting the bones? How about grinding them into dust?
