Nutrients bottle lid ideas, please?

Hey there growers. Could someone recommend an alternative to the terrible bottle lids that nutrient bottles come with? I use primarily Advanced Nutrients in 1L bottles and every feeding I say to myself I need to find an alternative - they leak no matter how tight I seal them.

Do your lids have a cardboard gasket in them? You can always use any known good bottle. That can be an old ketchup or a glass jar for pickles. Anything that doesn't leak can be used. Almost any glass food container with a screw lid seals well. I like to use syringes to accurately measure liquid fertilizers. I use jars with a large mouth so I can get deep into the container when the level gets low. Canning jars work well.

GrowCN I do have a cardboard gasket in them and I usually remove them since they alway decompose overtime. Thanks for your answer, it led me to 38MM Poly Seal Screw Caps, which I think should do the trick. I'll find out tomorrow, when I get them in the mail. Thank you.

Suerte amigo cultivador!
