depends on if its an autoflower or not. If it is then yes, beginning to flower. If not then its a photoperiod and Light schedule would be the determining factor.

Just showing her gender, flowering will commence properly in about 2 weeks. Stay with grow nutrients until she has small "budlets" or tufts of white pistils, cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower. Switching to bloom nutrients now will lead to nutrition problems/deficiencies later on. Hope this helps, Organoman.
