I always add week or two of veg nutes once I start seeing bloom signs. This allows plant to continue veg and will get bigger yields. Although each strain is different and some stretch more then others so be careful of how much vertical room you have.
But it's always best to continue veg nutes for a week or 2 to get as much growth as possible out of the plants.
Others have said the opposite of what I said but you can go to fast buds website and they have a whole article written about this very thing confirms what I said and it works for me.
I did half and half. I continued veg for one week after is seen flowers. Then I did another week of half veg and half bloom. I got 5oz of each sour stompers so 10oz and 7oz off one Mango smile. Haven't weighed my jammy dodgers #2 or my strawberry gorilla. But I'm already near 1 gram per watt and still got 2 plants to dry and trim. So it works. And that was my first grow.
Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest 🙏 I would truly appreciate it ❤️
So with flower nutrients you actually want to start using them a week before so your plant has the nutrition it needs for the transition. That being said your plant looks okay but I would start those bloom nutrients.
Hope this helps
the principle is the same, if she already started preflower you can start slowly with the bloom fertilizer, or you can wait a week and then start with it. give her more P less N 😊
Imo good practice is to use bloom fertilizers a week after the switch to 12/12, also refer to the Atami feeding chart and adjust along the way. Good luck.
