Need cal mag, and make sure you are charcoal filtering your water before use. Might want to try a stronger dose of nutrition to help maintain stability in solution.

That's a lot of pH up. My guess is it's from pH swings. But could also be from a deficiency. You want to stabilize your pH. Usually your ec/ppm and pH will go in opposite directions. So with your pH going up then ec would be going down. Increase your feed and the pH should slow or go the opposite direction. I always like a slight rise in pH. .1 per day. Then I let it go from 5.8 to 6.2 over 4-5 days then correct back down
