Look slightly small for 9 days old what are ypur lights says 150w but are they pulling that watt or just about 25w

Guidance neededbasically had a nute lock out i think somewhere along the line, one plant run of had 1200ppm frostiest one of the two ph from run off was 6.1 i had been feeding at 6.4-6.5 usually. Second plant run of was about 700ppm and ph again was about 6.1-6.2Week 8

What's this mutation and how will it effect my mainlining? Should I keep the extra growth tips above my mainline topping?I discovered while mainlining my plants that a 3rd growth tip was coming from the previously cut-off nodes, but ONLY on the 2 main branches, a 3rd main branch never formed. Mainline 3rd topping with only 7 nodes?I'm using mainlining tech for one plant, the thing is one of the nodes didn't stretch yet, there's only one, I'm supposed to topping the 3rd node this week in order to have 8 main colas, but it looks like I have only 7, any ideas what it can be?
