Look slightly small for 9 days old what are ypur lights says 150w but are they pulling that watt or just about 25w

Should I just eject these from the garden????The new plants are looking good and my old ones look sad. Supposed to be autoflowers? They had thrips early on which caused havok. I had 2 air lines in this 1 bucket. The only thing I did different was take one of the air stones & line I had out of the bucket to start a forth bucket. Could me taking away that extra air be the problem & can I save it by adding it back or is this more of a nutrient burn?Week 1
