Look slightly small for 9 days old what are ypur lights says 150w but are they pulling that watt or just about 25w

Start autoflower in final size pot?I seen a lot of guys told to start auto in final pot (3 gal for me)
But also a lot of other guys comment that pot is too big and better to start in small cup then transplant later.

4 plants in 3x3. One plant, which I think has very different genetics, does not seem happy. All other plant left doing great AFAIK. Should I osolate it?Problem plant. No plant left behind! 2 sprouts in the same place, should I prune one?I planted 2 seeds (one already germinated with a taproot and one that had been soaking in water for 72 hours but no taproot) in one spot thinking one would not sprout, but of course they both sprouted.
