How much light is too much for the newly sprouted?

Hello!
I have put my 7 day old auto cbd cheese seedlings into my 25x36x57 tent with a 1000LED as there is no sun outside today. How far is a safe distance away from the light for such younglings? They will eventually be a tent grow under 1200 watt LED in a 3x3x72

Yeah, what the others said. Tho, I'd say a couple of minutes rather than a single one, just to be sure. Heat builds up slowly if it's not instantly burning.. I don't know how much heat your 1000w lets out, but my 300w starts damaging the plant at around 10 cm, so I keep it at minimum 20cm away. So your 1000w probably shouldn't get closer than 30cm, while 40 - 45 is probably better.
- Though, measuring the heat with your hand will get you a better idea.. Just test it out at different levels and fins out what suits you. ^_^

I would put it to where the back of your hand is comfortable under the light for a minute. Meaning no strong light heat hitting your hand. Cheers friend

if you put your hand above the plant it need to feel good for you to if its to hot it will be the same for your babies
