Exceso de agua en el riego, no riegues con mas de 100 a 200ml hasta que se seque el sustrato, si riegas mucho vas a ahogar las raíces, recuerda que a esa edad la planta no tiene muy desarrollada sus raíces y absorbe agua de la humedad del ambiente. Deja que las raíces busquen la humedad.
Nada de que preocuparse deja se seque el sustrato y riega con menos agua, y cuando se recupere en unos días podrás empezar con nutrientes de vegetación con dosis mínima controlando pH y ppm.

Is this Light Burn, or nutrient toxicity from nutrient dense soil?
2 Mars Hydro TS600 lights at 27" from seedling.
PH 6.3 misting soil - RH is 75-80%. - Temp is 77F
No light meter, so I estimate PPFD is in acceptable range despite using 2 lights in 2x2 tent.
