Excess water in irrigation, don't water with more than 100 to 200ml until the substrate dries out. If you water too much, you'll drown the roots. Remember that at that age, the plant doesn't have its roots well developed and absorbs water from the humidity in the environment. Let the roots search for moisture.
Nothing to worry about, just let the substrate dry out and water with less water. When it recovers in a few days, you can start with vegetation nutrients at a minimal dose while controlling pH and ppm.
