Looks like you have issue with thrips! these are tiny tiny fast moving pests that can be hard to see.
Get some Neem oil and spray it onto the soil, and lightly on your plant as foliar spray, that should help get those pests outta there!

Look under the lower leaves...I have mites and couldn't diagnose it without the help. They are small to the point of a spec of dust. If not then it's a root problem...

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick. The other 2 (the biggest) seem better, but the yellowing of the leaves is more evident.
