Starting my first grow. Worrying a bit about the environment, because my grow tent is in a basement, and ambient temperature is always 17-18 C. I am going to use paper towel method, and after germination put the seedlings to jiffy pellets. Widow started very good, root on second day, very nice looking true leaves on day 4. Moved it out of humidity dome on day 5. Transplanted her to temporary pot on 6 day. Looks good! Gelato was not so successful, no signs of root for 5 days. I moved it to another diary, where I tried to revive it using H2O2

She continues to grow, transplantation seems to have no bad effect. Still looks good. Waiting for roots to shoot out of the pot. Day 10. In the night humidity rises too high, so I put dehumidifier in. Also if I put my nose very close to WW I can smell it Day 11. She has nice MJ smell! Roots start appearing on the sides, and there is one root at the bottom. I think in 2-3 days I will put her in the final pot Day 12. Smells stronger every day! I am happy with development. Tomorrow I will put her in the final pot, and after 2-3 days start adding nutrients.

Day 22: gromwies say that she has thrips, so I put some blue and yellow stickers Day 23: sprayed leaves with DIY insecticide from Castile soap, alcohol and h2o2 Day 24: sprayed again. Started with LST, bent main stem down. Noticed that tips of newest baby leaves are turning brown Day 28: tips on baby leaves were brown because of spray with alcohol. She seems to recover very good from LST

Today I noticed that smallest leaves are getting brown tips. Yesterday I sprayed her with diy insecticide against thrips(soap, alcohol and h2o2). Could it be light burn or nutrient burn? She grows in bio bizz all mix which is heavy fertilized, and gets no extra nutrients.

Have to agree with Organoman here... either use some Spinosad or Dr. Zymes or SOMETHING that is made for spraying plants that does NOT contain alcohol! Both Spinosad and Dr. Zymes will take care of thrips (and spider mites and aphids and and and) and both are organic. If you get the concentrated versions, mix them exactly as directed... Good luck!

Almost all new leaves are extremely thin on base. On some nodes only 1 finger is developed. Some new leaves curl down like claws. I suppose these leaves developed from baby leaves burned by alcohol spray week ago. But maybe it is smthg else? Should I maybe cut them off?

This seems to be a reoccurring theme on this grow, sorry to see it is not yet solved. Given your updated info from the previous question with this same problem we can almost certainly rule out that it is from any pests above ground as the sprays on the plants have been applied and the traps to catch them are empty. I am going to say the same thing as last time, I think this is a weird mutation of the plant caused by something in the root zone, Maybe PH, maybe fungal, maybe root aphids, maybe soil compaction and maybe overwatering... Or maybe a combination of multiple things listed above. I do not think it is pest in the canopy area, and I do not think it is going to get better the more you spray them. I would stop spraying them all together unless you see pests in the grow room. a preventive spraying/watering of BTi once a month/week is ok but only on lights off. Are you noticing anything weird in the medium? is it draining well? Does it have a weird smell? If you dig into a small part of the pot, are the roots crisp and breaking like small threads or are they soggy and soft like over cooked pasta? Are you monitoring your PH? or using any PH adjusters like ph up/ph down or any other acids/bases for a DIY perspective in this grow? If you have any runoff are you noticing anything strange from it? Do you have a TDS pen to test it for its EC or PPM count? Also where did you get these seeds? Bag seed? From a breeder? What breeder was it? Lot of questions and a few answers I bet that will help us find the real solution. Please reply back to this. On day 55 I put her to 12/12 light schedule. It may be a coincidence, but two days later I discovered first pistils! Day 57: first pistils Day 59 water with bloom nutrients Day 62: she grows very slow. She definitely got much less new pistils in 5 days as her sisters. Also there are yellow leaves in the middle of the canopy

She has droopy leaves. There are leaves with brown places, and some leaves in the middle of canopy turned yellow. At last she started preflower in week 8(auto) but compared to another girls she is very slow with pistils. Some leaves are curling up.Maybe too much light?

Little_Pot... this one is getting far too much nitrogen - she's not liking it and is trying to tell you that with her droopy leaves and yellowing. She's been locked out of calcium because there's too much nitrogen in her soil - so do a flush - for her, that means giving her 9 gallons of pH'd water at one sitting ... wait until she dries out completely and then restart your nutes BUT cut the grow nutes in half and I would actually double your bloom nutes.. Good luck!

She showed pistils 4 weeks ago. But no signs of flowering. Ok, she got problems with nutrients lockout. It looks like she recovered from it, leaves are green, she grows again. Now I am almost convinced that she is a photo, not auto. So I started to move her out of the tent for 12 hours in dark. We‘ll see how this work out.

Again removed small leaves and branches which grow on wrong places, and are underdeveloped. She has burned tips on older leaves. It could be nutrient burn, but I flushed her three weeks ago and cut nutes in half. Now I think that she got light burn, she was as close to led as allowed by manufacturer- 30cm. I put her down to 45. also maybe she got calcium deficiency because of the tiny brown spots on leaves

https://www.alchimiaweb.com/blogen/deficiencies-excesses-cannabis/ Check this graphics out... seems cal mag is needed if you feed her regularly and recommended dose, most of time the problem comes from cal mag deficiency. they need cal mag to process the nutrient
