Yep, she will start flowering properly in about 2 weeks, these "pre flowers"/primordia are just an indication that flowering is going to happen soon, and technically she is not flowering yet, just intending to, soon.
Your plants look great, please resist any temptation/"advice" to defoliate, it is not necessary.
Besides, more leaves = more energy being made = more growth.
At this stage she still needs adequate nitrogen, the need for bloom stimulators are not required until there are actually flowers forming first, probably in 2-3 weeks time. At this stage, stick with the grow nutrients for the next 2 weeks, or until thereare small budlets or tufts of white pistils formed. Once this has occurred, switch to half grow and half bloom nutrients for the following 2-3 weeks before finally going to just straight bloom nutrients through until maturity. I have been using this feeding schedule for 25+ yeas and guarantee it works well.
