Get rid of the pieces with mold. You have to be very careful! Any strong movement or cut could spread spores. If it's only a little bit of mold, I would cut it away and defoliate a little bit to give your plant better airflow. Good luck!

make hash from it, chop lots, or let it grow and make has out of the whole plant, get those tries off that plant though, chop the whole thing? when you make hash from some mold bud you still can get those trichomes, the water washes away that mold, you will be left with a nice gold product, or you can chop the mold and throw away. having mold though is bad for your lungs if you decided to just smoke the buds , otherwise trying to remove it from the buds i guess you could try if you wanted to perform surgery and had time.
