Bongkhananswered grow question 4 years ago Hey there mate.. i hope you what you got there is specifically UVB (285 to 310nm) or atleast UVA to help you get that extra thc bump up. If you google search alit and go through most of the knowledgable articles; they state UVb increases THC production ; though no studies were conducted on CBD for the same. So yes the right UV range and you shall do wonders. Also the wattage is require is 18 to 20 watts for say 1 fully grown photoperiod plant set at 10" height from top canopy. Also you should try to mimic solar non (12 to 3pm) for this purpose.. provide a maximum of 2 hours of this light as a supplement for atleast last 30 days and you shall see the difference. Also many studies says ; it affects the yield negatively. So i would suggest and try and find out a sweet spot. Say for your autoflowers ; supplement this light at the age of 11 weeks to 13 or may be 14 weeks of life and see the difference. Also ;if you got UVB there ; be aware that its harmful to humans so take adequate precautions. Hope this helps... hapoy growing..
