1 of my plants (A.Gold) has 2 leaves that’s yellow. It’s not on the tips. It’s proximal. It’s been Like that from the beginning of Veg. Any tips or ideas on what this is and what I should do about it?

Am I taking the correct steps?I think this is due to a combination of overwatering (1l per 24 h in 60% Light-Mix, 30% coco, 10% perlite) and possibly overfeeding (used close to recommended dosage). First growI am doing my first grow. Now 2 days ago the growth seemed to slow and the leaves curled and went yellow patchy ? Any comments, also attached a picture that's seems to show pistils growing is this normal at week 2 or have I stressed it into flower?

leaf turn pale green and fall offCurrently at day 42. A couple of weeks into flower.
While all looking nice and bushy I did notice severe discolor and some of the leaf just snapping down.
At first, I thought it was Cal Def. I did follow up with the next watering. However :( what did I do wrong here? Cheers.

New growth and top leaves have some discoloration. Could it be light related, or maybe a zinc deficiency?She has been flowering for about a week now and showing some pale spots. At the start of flower I turned the light up from 200w to 300w. Light is currently at about 20" from the canopy. Plants seem healthy otherwise, should I be concerned?
