Only "half" of the plant is doing that. I don't think its a pH problem, the other plants are receiving the same source/quantity of water/nutes. My guess is the buds that are receiving more light are "maturing" quickly and the plant is sucking the leaves close to them.

You got some leaf tip burn going on which is the root of your problem here. You are either using to much nutrients or the PH is not balanced in the correct range here.
If in soil I would recommend a flush to prevent a lock out in the most critical part of your grow.

its most likely the start of a toxcity or an over feed I would flush her for a few days and see how you go abit of ph stable water wont harm her :)

Leaves are turning yellow during flowering - is this an overwaring issue?About 1,5 week into flowering the leaves have turned yellow, especially on the outside. Nutrient imbalance or healthy development?Are the colors of the leaves a sign of healthy development in the flowering stage, or a sign of nutrient deficiency/excess?
