I would wash that bud once is chopped in a food grade peroxide cold water mix to help kill off an spores lingering in it. If the mold is visible millions of spores are in the grow environment and just waiting to be incubated. Can happen in the drying process or cure if its done improperly. Chop off the spots that are infected, increase airflow if you can and try to protect it from the rain or excess moisture. Can use LST or plucking some leaves if its to bunched up and bushy. Good Luck!

Naaah i dont think you need to throw everything away, just remove the budrot, the rest can still be smoked, but i will say, be careful when you store your buds, if there is still some humidity and you store them in a box or wherever they might get mold, budrot can happen even in flowering before harvest, but if it happened after hasrvest its mainly our own fault by not drying properly and storing the buds too early, just be sure you dry your buds correctly 😁👌

Don't throw away, try doing a bud wash with 1 solution lemon juice, other solution with baking soda and water and 3rd solution cold regular water . Dump and try in that same pattern and I promise you, you won't regret. Do a lil research on it. Best if luck

Sadly, this is exactly what you've got. I wouldn't throw the whole thing away because you certainly have some bud that has NOT been rotted! So cut out the rot and, if you need/want her to continue her grow, cut down on the humidity (shouldn't be higher than about 40%) and get a fan in there working overtime... LOTS of air movement through the plant! If this is hard to achieve, you can actually do some defoliation even at this point to allow the air to freely move through your bud sites. On a humorous side... I have a friend who, back in the day, was famous for not keeping her weed well and would ALWAYS develop rot in her stash... didn't bother her! She just cut out the rot from a bud she wanted to smoke and smoked the rest... of course, we were only paying for what we called a Nickle Bag which was a baggie full of weed - maybe an ounce! You're fine... get rid of the rot and harvest the rest either now or later!

yep this is bud rot. cut and remove all the affected part, even a little bit more for safety. Harvest everithing now or push them a little bit more keeping a watchfull eye. If your curious you can have a look at my Galaxy CBD i had a lot of bud rot with this strain the 4 last week of flowering.
