Hey mate!
As i use BioBizz nute's i can tell you right away that 2ml of BioGrow is not to be considered Babyfood anymore!
If it is for a autoflower i would say that is BigBoyFood!
In the Biobizz schedual you use 1ml for every liter of water with AllMix and 2ml with LightMix.
Don't know what soil you are using but anyway, i would start with somewhere between 0.5ml and 1ml.
Dont understand what the second Nute is you were referring to by "biobiz" if you can be more exact i can tell you what i think about..

Since the plants are so small i guess you are not talking about BioBloom nor Top max.. so you are most probably talking about BioHeaven or ActiVera right? Those two you can use in more abundance.. start with 1ml and go up until 2ml per liter of water..
Since i started using BioBizz Nutrients i've never used EC and PH pens, got them sitting in a drawer waiting for defloration 😂
Main rule is don't overdue it, it's better to go a bit lower then the chart indicates and prevent overdoses and build up's

I used to use Biobizz all the time. I'd start feeding them BB Grow 1ml per liter of water starting on day 7.

Use an EC pen to find out the concentration strength of the feed and go from there.

As your feeding autos keep it low, they don't like a lot of feed.
EC is the same as ppm but EC is standard across the board and PPM is not.

If you are going by a liter bottle. You want to add the nutrients and test the ppm and pH. Try adding .4 ml of biogrow and .2ml of biobiz then test the ppm if its good then you can pH if needed. If you need more ppm you can adjust. 250 ppm should be good pH of 6.8-6.5 for soil.

you can wait a week more imho to start nutrient feeding.
the amount to give depend if your soil is enriched or not.

you can also have a look at the germination week of my latest diary, you'll find the custom schedule i use with all-mix soil and you'll seed my feeding is slightly lower than the official schedule and delayed.

I'm already seeing yellowing and on the largest plant, #3. Is that due to growth or am I over watering? Approximately 2 gallons in the wick bucket every few days when it starts to feel dry, but I generally spray the top with water on a daily basis, not more than a 1/4 - 1/2 cup.
