Mg Mn P and K deficiency? Only happen on mid-lower leaves. How to fix this problem on my mother plant in soil substrate? Top leaves are OK. My watering is pH 6.5 and foliage spray CalMag 1ml/L a few time already and still see this happen on lower leaves. 🙏

If the problem starts at the top of the plant it’s an immobile nutrient deficiency. If the problem starts at the bottom it’s a mobile nutrient deficiency. Immobile nutrients are often referred to as micro nutrients and mobile nutrients are sometimes referred to as macro nutrients. Light and heat over saturation can often be mistaken for deficiencies so be sure to check that off the list before making any drastic changes. Once you figure out where the issue is coming from you can address it. Many times immobile nutrient deficiency is due to improper VPD and not a lack of nutrient in the growing medium. Foliar feeding can be a great way of administering micro (immobile nutrients). Mobile / macro nutrients = Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium (NPK) Immobile / micro nutrients = Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Sulphur, Manganese, etc. That's N deficiency by the looks of it. Remove yellowed leaves & either use Nitrogen soluble solution to help boost your nitrogen. I use Bio-BiZZ Bio-Grow. Foliar spraying wont resolve the deficiency as it's a "Mobile Deficiency" [ you can add worm castings or organic NPK fertilizer for slow release. Foliar feed = ONLY MICRO NUTRIENTS Best of luck mr

Could be a sulfur deficiency, read a journal on this forum that talked about that.

I am looking at your stems and seeing purple. Are your temps at the correct level? If so, then you also have a phosphorus deficiency. So if we want to play safe first: Epsom salt and sulpher free molasses ( Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, trace minerals, Iron). See what happens after 4-5 days. If it clears up, cool, no extra nutes needed. However, that purple does concern me as it’s in the stalk AND in the leaf vein. What ever your feeding schedule is ( after the molasses bath) I would dry amend with Sea Bird Guano 0-12-0. You only need a light dose ( 1 tsp per gallon of soil). Hope that helps.
