Tbh it kinda looks like it's re-vegging. It's really hard to tell under that lighting cause I can really differentiate leaves from buds from pistils very well.

I Think it's not about Hermies. There is no sign of male plants, no pockets, just they cant make white hairs. It's starts good, but later something goes wrong and makes green little pistils, main cola, flower is hard when I touch it.
