Absurdanswered grow question 3 years ago I had a plant completely get away from me in the stretch and try to eat my light too, I ended up supercroping down 2 main branches right through the middle of it's 'canopy'. Worked out really well.
Some of the best looking buds on this plant now are on those branches, for whatever reason.
Didn't do an amazing job documenting it but I put my Strawberry Cough through a lot of abuse, they can take it when they're healthy which yours look to be.
If you end up going that route you'll probably want to support it at first so it doesn't flop down further than ~90 degrees. Go slow when you're pinching it to bend over too and read over some articles, royalqueenseeds has a good one on super cropping.
In the future you should look into topping the plants early on, or training the main stem curved over to grow almost sideways, it makes a world of difference. You're in flower now so I would say it's too late for that.
Hope that helps, I'm not the most experienced but feel free to shoot me a message if you still have training questions, most of what I know I documented on here with my current plants.
