Based on your diary being at week 5 of flower tells me that she still has more to give yet. But you should really be checking your tricomes with a jewellers loupe or a pocket microscope. Carson has a good little pocket microscope on Amazon for like 20 dollars it’s really worth it and you’ll be able to do a quick on the spot inspection. If the tricomes are clear then she’s not ripe yet. When the tricomes get milky or opaque then you’re at peak potency and she’s ready to be pulled. Now here is where I consider the week and a half harvest window being open. You can also wait to start seeing tricomes go amber. However when they start going amber in colour the flavour profile increase but potency is on the decline at this point. Also a quick search on your seed breeders website will also give you an indication of how long they say this specific strain takes to flower. Then I would use that as a guideline. But ultimately you’re the one who is in the best position to do the inspection of your garden. If I were you right now I would wait a little. Rarely do you ever see a strain that can produce ripe flower in five weeks. Anyway that’s my answer to you my friend. Your plant is looking awesome. Keep it up 🤙.

The best way to tell when a plant is ready to harvest is when all the trichome heads are milky with a small percentage of amber ones. Everyone has their personal preference, but I prefer to harvest my sativas when they're all milky with about 15% amber trichomes and my indicas when they're all milky with about 5%-10% amber trichomes. You can use a jewelers loupe or a USB microscope from Amazon to get a good look at your trichomes. Hope this helps!

They are not ready, I made the same mistake of early harvest my first grow this year. Wait until the white hairs turn orange and shrivels up. You can let the plants go 10 days over the recommended timeframe with no problems, It will yield in a higher harvest. Hopefully this helps you, remember patience is key, the plant will swell if you let it go longer.
