I also see Interveinal chlorosis (yellowing between leaf veins) which can be a sign of magnesium def. Keep an eye for it to get worse and spread to other leaves. You may need a cal-mag product. But I believe it's a nuturent lockout fro over feeding and should clear up once you lower your feed and correct the toxicity.

You have a nitrogen toxicity. The leaves go out and the the tips quickly curve down. If you haven't already switch to bloom nuturents. Which have less nitrogen. If you have switched You could have a slight buildup of veg nuturents which were released from you watering. Always fully saturate until you get a bit of runoff to avoid buildup. Having a ppm/ec pen can help by testing water in and the runoff to see if your over feeding. If your in soil let her dry out to 1" below the surface or get a feel on how heavy a watered pot compared to a dry pot. If in 100% coco/perlite you can't over water and wanna keep her moist.
