Bugs definitely spread disease. Leaf hoppers specifically caring many diseases. This grow is destroyed because of fusarium oxysporum. I don't want people getting misinformation.

Hey Friend I'm here. First try to keep the environment dry (I know It's impossible). Second try to catch 'em placing in the evening rolled up newspaper sheets at the bases of the plants. The next morning remove the newspapers with the bastards inside. Third spray natural pyrethroid but remember it's photo-degradable so can be effective only after sunset. BTW earwigs can damage seriously a seedling but not an adult girl and are useful insects at the end, they love to eat aphids. Cheers Bro

Earwigs don't spread diseases. But they can eat plant matter. Its difficult to get rid of them in a garden because you have to reduce or eliminate moist, dark conditions from your garden You can also try adding barriers to the edges of your garden. Earwigs cannot travel very far, especially over dry conditions. Adding a small moat of consistently dry material, such as gravel or coarse sand, around garden beds will help to keep earwigs out of the beds. Another thing is you can setup earwig traps. Roll up a section of newspaper and wet it down slightly. Place the damp newspaper roll into the part of the garden that you are having an earwig problem. Leave it there overnight. The earwigs will crawl into the newspaper as it provides the exact conditions that they like. In the morning, dispose of the roll of newspaper either by burning it, dousing it with boiling water, or immersing it in a solution of water and bleach. Septoria leaf spot can be treated with potassium bicarbonate its organic, safe for humans and the environment. Just mix half a teaspoon of liquid soap with a gallon of water, then stir in 1 tablespoon potassium bicarbonate and spray lightly on leaves.( Always spray 1 leaf and come back the next day to ensure your mixture does not harm the plant ). Ensure your liquid soap is NOT a detergent. Good luck and Happy Growing
