Imo better rooting when you let them root in the cups for 7-12 days post germination so that they fill the media in the cup as much as possible.

Concern about VPD, stretch, twisting leaves ... or is it OK?This Gorilla Zkittles seems to be stretching awfully much. Also, of more concern, the small leaves are twisting, as if too hot/dry. 78F, light is about 14" up, RH% setpoint 56%, leaf temps seems to max out at 76.5F. Should I worry? Or what? Thanks! Hello guys!
Overall the plant looks light green/yellowish and pretty small, with short internodes and bottom leaves with burnt and curled up tips. I give water every 3/4 days and commonly suggested fertilzers quantities.
How can I let her recover and get bigger?

I am struggling with root rot in both my 20 gal reservoirs. Fixed light leaks 6 days ago (day 16) I included hydroguard in every reservoirs change and my water temps are pretty stable at 67-69 degrees f. I have 2 large air stones per 10gal water on highest setting. Any ideas?Week 3
