Brown dots?

Any ideas what this could be? Plant is overall healthy looking. But some leaves have gotten these spots. The center of the dots have a sticky or clear liquid or something on them. Can it hurt my other plant?

Pollen sacks or powdery mildew?I noticed what I thought was powdery mildew on a leaf, then noticed funny looking things right next to the powder. I think these are pollen sacks, and if they are I want to know if anything is recoverable, or if I need to scrap the whole plant/grow. "Second Grow" on my profileLeaves. White powder

Brown spot on leave. 6 weeks into flowering. -Temp 27'C day 25'C night- HD 65% day 75% night . Soil PH 6.5-7.00. Water always at 6.5-6.8ph.I just flush it 4 days ago because I think it got calmag lockout since I always give them around 5ml of calmag every watering. I only water when 2inch top soil dry with 1.5L of ph balance water. Not a fungus or anything that grow because It cannot be rub or remove from outside.Leaves. Color - Dark-brown

I've been stressing out about high humidity levels in my tent, and a chemical smell when I smell my fingers after running them through the buds.

Rusty brown spotting on upper fan leaves, too much Tiger Bloom or deficiency?Hindu auto, week 11 started seeing rusty brown spotting on upper fan leaves. At this point I was only using tap water and 4 tsp/gal of tiger bloom. That is aggressive so I backed off to 1.5 tsp. I watered with cal mag 1 tsp just in case it was deficient. Ideas? Buds seem ok.Week 13
