Brown dots?

Any ideas what this could be? Plant is overall healthy looking. But some leaves have gotten these spots. The center of the dots have a sticky or clear liquid or something on them. Can it hurt my other plant?

leafs with brown spots and olders become yellow and curledI'm trying to figure out what is the problem with the growing of my plant.
The upper leafs are quite normal, even if they tend to bend downwards.
The old leafs start with brown spots and then they become yellow and curled on the peaks.

Burn, deficiency or other?I’m completely stumped as to why my one plant is showing signs of deficiency or burn. Used the exact amount of fertilizer per plant.
