The only thing I see is that the first leaves are dying off - and I wouldn't worry about that AT ALL... trim them off - the top of the plant looks good and healthy and is obviously following the sun...
The trick with taking ladies out from the house and into the sun is allowing them time to adjust to REAL sunlight... so whenever you do this, don't put them immediately into direct sunlight - they'll get badly burned and some may not make it. Instead, find some shade for them to stay in for a couple of days which will "harden them off". Moving them from the shade, then, into the direct sunlight will not be a problem for them OR you!
Interesting that you have them in clay pots.... I'm sure you know this but clay pots will required a LOT more watering as the clay itself soaks up a good deal and will continue to soak it up from the soil drying the soil out quickly. It's good you haven't used plastic pots (terrible for weed!!) ... but you might consider fabric pots next go-round as they, like clay, will allow the soil to breathe but they don't rob the soil of moisture the way clay does.
Have faith - this doesn't look all that bad to me! If the TOP leaves were looking like the bottom leaves, I'd worry - but you really don't even NEED those bottom leaves.
Good luck!
