Need Help plox

It is doomed, stop wasting your time and effort on this plant, nothing, I repeat, nothing, will ever come of it.

I hate to tell you this but you need to put this into the compost heap. There's nothing you can do to help it out or make it better. Sorry, mate.... When you try again, start a diary and record everything about your grow there every week... then, when problems or questions or worries come up, we'll have a lot of information that will help us help you. I'm so sorry this has happened to you, but you SHOULD try again! We'll be here to help out!

I had a sick plant. Gave her a good amount of foxfarm worm castings and bat shit. She came back strong with in a couple of days.. I don't think plain water is going to bring her back to health, if she can come back.

Probably root bound I’d scrap that and start over it’ll be quicker and less work

check your roots. The plant could have root rot or some other sort of disease that is making it rot. I say this because the wilted black leaves on your plant. If it is root rot, you'll either have to cut out all the rotten roots, or trash the plant entirely if all the roots are rotten. Good luck.
