Judging by how close the leaves are (node spacing) - especially recent growth, i'd wager you are giving too much light, which should be fixed before adjusting your fertilization formula. The problem might go away in better lighting conditions.
Could be a N-deficiency coinciding, too. But, overly intense light will cause chlorosis all over.
NPK is just the 3 % of mass values on fertilier, it's not a specific fertilizer. you need to provide all of the elements of nutrition, not just npk. your soil may provide some and you supplement it more over time. if soilless, it should be given a full and balanced diet every single irrigation with 10% runoff.
